The Sightline team and Vintage Realty were selected to develop Bicentennial Village, Centenary College’s new student housing complex. This commercial construction project that opened in August of 2025 included modern, high-quality housing for students. Construction began in March 2025, and remarkably, just six months later, Centenary College of Louisiana celebrated the grand opening of the Village on August 18, 2025. More than 100 people attended the celebration, which marked the first completely new building on campus since 2002 and the first new student residences since 1968.
The project represents a $6 million investment in the local economy and provides much-needed space for Centenary’s growing student population. At full capacity, the Village can house up to 96 students.
