Graf Orthodontics & Pediatric Dentistry of Minden – Tenant Improvement Project
Sightline Construction & Development recently completed a specialized tenant enhancement project for Graf Orthodontics and Pediatric Dentistry of Minden, creating two distinct, functional spaces tailored to each practice’s needs.
Our scope of work included:
Construction of a demising wall – a permanent, structural wall built to strict fire and sound code requirements. This wall extends from the floor to the roof deck, providing essential separation, privacy, and safety between the two adjoining suites.
Installation of a new solid wood door, offering durability, security, and an elevated aesthetic appropriate for clinical environments.
Addition of a custom desk, designed to blend seamlessly with the offices’ workflow and style.
A new storefront entrance, giving the practices a refreshed, welcoming façade and improved accessibility for patients.
