In March 2014, construction began on Provenance Veterinary Hospital, a project led by Vintage Homes as part of its select annual commercial builds. Drs. Sarah and Clint Waddell closed on the property on March 18, 2014, marking the start of an exciting journey. Over the following months, the site transformed — from tree clearing and architectural planning to plumbing, foundation pouring, framing, and final finishes.
This state-of-the-art veterinary hospital officially opened its doors on October 27, 2014. Today, Provenance Veterinary Hospital offers comprehensive care for dogs, cats, and a variety of small animals — including reptiles, rodents, and birds. The facility provides appointments, walk-ins, boarding services, and even house calls, making high-quality veterinary care more accessible than ever for the Shreveport community.
