In May 2017, we completed the transformation of the former PieWorks Pizza space into the new home of Frank’s Louisiana Kitchen in Windrush Village. The build-out gave the restaurant a completely fresh look and feel, inspired by iconic New Orleans establishments like Galatoire’s and Acme Oyster House. The result is a warm, inviting space that captures the spirit of Louisiana dining while giving guests a one-of-a-kind local experience.
