Justin Sevier joined the Vintage Realty Company team in 2006 with a focus on building great neighborhoods and advancing community development across Northwest Louisiana. Today, Justin leads Sightline Construction & Development and Vintage Homes, two companies licensed in residential and commercial construction.
Through Vintage Homes, Justin and his team have built custom and speculative homes across Shreveport–Bossier City and surrounding areas, with a strong presence in planned communities including Provenance (Shreveport’s only Traditional Neighborhood Development), The Grove at Garrett Farm, Southern Trace, Silver Point on Long Lake, St. Andrews, Twelve Oaks, Red Oak Pointe, and Plantation Hills in Stonewall, among others. Additional residential developments are also in active planning and development.
As the company’s opportunities expanded beyond residential construction, the team began taking on more commercial tenant improvements, build-outs, and complex projects. With that growth, Sightline Construction & Development was created to serve as the platform for larger-scale commercial construction and development execution, managing projects that require high-level coordination, scheduling, and performance from preconstruction through delivery.
Notable commercial projects include Centenary College Student Housing, 9 Fitness, 643 Training, the Clubhouse, Gym and Pools at Provenance, Provenance Veterinary Hospital, and the David Toms 265 Academy Clubhouse.
Prior to joining Vintage, Justin worked in Baton Rouge for PCC Homes, Louisiana’s largest homebuilder at the time, where he served as Project Supervisor on three highly successful subdivisions in Livingston Parish, ranging from 130 to 220 lots. PCC Homes was acquired by D.R. Horton in 2006, and Justin returned home to pursue long-term growth with the Vintage organization.
Justin has been recognized locally and nationally for his work in construction and community development, including being named Top 40 Under 40 by Professional Builder Magazine (2011) and by the Shreveport-Bossier Chamber of Commerce/The Forum Magazine (2012). In 2019, Provenance Development received a Best in American Living Award (BALA) from the National Association of Home Builders, and Vintage Construction Group / Vintage Homes earned a Louisiana Remodeling Excellence Award from the Louisiana Home Builders Association for a major renovation and expansion in Shreveport’s historic South Highlands neighborhood.
In 2021, Vintage Homes received a GOLD Award for The Gates on Greenleaf Townhomes and a PLATINUM Award for Phase I of the Garden Cottages on Woodberry Avenue, which also earned a Best in the South Central Region award—recognized as one of the top projects nationwide. In 2022, Vintage Homes won a Silver BALA Award for a custom home built near Magnolia Park in Provenance.
Justin graduated Magna Cum Laude from LSU in 2003 with a degree in Construction Management and a minor in Business Administration. He was a member of Sigma Chi and the LSU Men’s Golf Team.
