Luke Hamiter joined Vintage Homes and Sightline Development and Construction in 2023 as an intern, gaining hands-on experience in construction and project management while working on-site. His dedication and work ethic led him to a full-time role as Jobsite Foreman in June 2024. In 2025, he was promoted to Superintendent, where he now oversees Sightline construction projects from start to finish. With a strong leadership presence on-site, Luke manages construction teams, ensuring efficiency, safety, and adherence to quality standards. He is committed to regulatory compliance, daily scheduling, and effective coordination of on-site activities. His ability to communicate and negotiate with external partners plays a key role in delivering high-quality project outcomes.
A Shreveport native, Luke graduated from Loyola College Prep in 2020 before attending Louisiana State University, where he earned a degree in Construction Management in 2024. While studying at LSU in Baton Rouge, he gained valuable industry experience working for Turner Industries, a fully diversified industrial contractor.
