Spencer Lamb, CPA/ABV, CVA

Spencer H. Lamb joined Vintage Realty Company and the Sightline Commercial and Development Team as Chief Financial Officer in February 2025. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV), and a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA). He earned his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Louisiana Tech University in Ruston, Louisiana.

As CFO, Spencer oversees the company’s financial strategy, cash management, valuation of portfolio assets, and external reporting to investors, lenders, and other key stakeholders.

Prior to joining Vintage Realty Company, Spencer served for six years as a Business Valuation Manager with Heard, McElroy & Vestal (HMV) in Shreveport, where he authored numerous valuation opinions for companies and assets across a wide range of industries in the Ark-La-Tex; with valuations ranging from thousands to hundreds of millions of dollars. Before HMV, he worked as an auditor in Dallas, Texas, performing HUD audits and audits of publicly traded companies. He has authored expert witness reports, provided deposition testimony, and has been qualified as an expert witness in accounting and valuation of closely held assets in Louisiana District Court.

In recognition of his professional accomplishments and community involvement, Spencer was named to the 40 Under Forty Class of 2024 by the Young Professionals Initiative of Northwest Louisiana, a program of the Greater Shreveport Chamber, and completed the Greater Shreveport Leadership Program in 2024.
