Thomas Johnson, CGA, CGP

Thomas Johnson brings a wealth of practical and experiential knowledge to Sightline as the Vice President of Operations. Since beginning his career in construction in 1996, Thomas has served as Vice President of Commercial and Development at Vintage as well as Superintendent for the company’s high-end custom home building division. He draws on decades of experience, applying the wisdom and skills gained throughout his career to every project. Prior to Sightline, he started his profession as a general laborer, but soon began a carpenter apprentice in 1997. It was on the job where he learned valuable carpentry skills, such as concrete finishing, framing, and trim carpentry.

After working for a local builder which specialized in high-end custom homes as a carpenter and superintendent, he ventured out by receiving his residential contractor’s license, as well as selling and installing prefinished custom cabinetry in 2008. It was this venture that eventually led him to Vintage Homes when he started working with them as a sub-contractor. After a couple of years in this capacity, it seemed like a perfect fit for Thomas to join Vintage Homes and VAS Construction.

It is Thomas’ experience, attention to detail and integrity that makes him an extremely valuable member of the Sightline Construction and Development team.
